We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented WAITRESS to deliver outstanding service and ensure guests enjoy an unforgettable experience. Join the team at a prestigious luxury hotel in Kuwait, renowned for its world-class service, exceptional dining experiences, and sophisticated atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide top-tier service to guests in line with the hotel’s luxury standards.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Assist in recommending menu items and accommodating guest preferences or dietary restrictions.
• Ensure tables are set to the highest standards and maintain cleanliness throughout service.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth, seamless service.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve any issues to maintain guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Waitress in a high-end hotel or fine dining environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Fluent in English; knowledge other languages is a plus.
• A friendly, positive attitude and a passion for delivering superior guest service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

What We Offer:

• Basic salary KWD 170 (USD 550)
• KWD 30 (USD 100) as a food allowance
• Monthly service charge (KWD 40 – 120 (USD 130 – 390) depending on the season)
• Company-provided accommodation
• Duty meals
• Transportation
