Restaurant Supervisor | Qatar | Upmarket Restaurant
An upmarket restaurant in one of Qatar’s most luxurious hotels is seeking an experienced, Arabis speaking RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR to lead the dynamic team and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and maintain high service standards
- Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest inquiries and complaints
- Manage reservations and ensure smooth table turnover
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to optimize service
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a restaurant supervisor in a luxury or fine-dining environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Arabic speaker is preferable
Remuneration Package:
- Total salary QAR 7000 (basic, accommodation and transport)
