Restaurant Assistant Managers | Kuwait | Casual Dining Concepts
Are you a dynamic and experienced RESTAURANT ASSISTANT MANAGER looking for an exciting opportunity in Kuwait City? We are hiring passionate hospitality professionals to join a well-established casual dining restaurant group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure excellent service and efficiency
- Lead and train front-of-house teams to maintain high customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Manage staff scheduling, inventory, and cost control
- Assist in implementing marketing and promotional activities
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within casual dining or full-service restaurants
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Experience in staff training, inventory management, and cost control
