Reservations Agent | Qatar | Luxury Hotel
A leading luxury hotel in Doha, Qatar is looking for a RESERVATIONS AGENT.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist guests with reservations, ensuring a seamless booking experience.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and other channels promptly and professionally.
- Upsell and promote hotel services to maximize revenue.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and guest preferences.
- Collaborate with other departments to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a reservations or customer service role, from luxury hotels
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Proficiency in reservation systems (e.g., Opera) is preferred.
- Friendly, professional demeanor and a passion for luxury service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
