Head Chef | Saudi Arabia | Casual Dining Restaurant
We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate HEAD CHEF to lead the culinary team and elevate guests’ dining experience. This is an exciting opportunity with a well-established brand in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, launching an upscale casual dining establishment. We require a highly skilled Head Chef with extensive experience in multiple cuisines and a proven track record
As ideal candidate you will have:
- At least 6 years of experience as a Head Chef in Upscale Casual Dining Restaurant – (Upmarket Restaurant or luxury Hotels)
- Relevant qualifications
- Fluent English
- Immaculate presentation
- Excellent Communication skills
- Clear medical
- Clear criminal record
- Valid passport
Duties and Responsibilities
- Create and develop innovative menus that align with the restaurant’s concept and brand.
- Research and experiment with new recipes, techniques, and ingredients.
- Ensure seasonal and special-occasion offerings are creative and appealing.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen.
- Manage and train kitchen staff, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.
- Schedule staff and manage labor costs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all dishes.
- Monitor ingredient quality and freshness.
- Implement and maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
- Manage inventory of food ingredients and supplies.
- Control food costs and minimize waste.
- Negotiate with suppliers and maintain positive relationships.
- Collaborate with the restaurant management and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
- Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff regarding menu items and customer feedback.
- Address customer inquiries.
- Ensure all food preparations and presentations are completed in a timely manner.
- Maintain equipment and report any malfunctions.
- Ensure that all dishes adhere to the restaurant’s food standards.
- Train new staff members in culinary techniques and restaurant standards.
- Stay up-to-date with new trends in the culinary world.
Salary Package
- SAR 24 000 (All inclusive)
- Joining flight and visa
