Front Office Receptionist | Qatar | Luxury Hotel
Luxury hotel in Qatar is seeking a FRONT OFFICE RECEPTIONIST to join the team and create unforgettable first impressions for the hotel’s distinguished guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with professionalism and warmth.
- Manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide personalized recommendations.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain an organized and inviting front desk area.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a front office or guest services role in a luxury setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Familiarity with hotel management systems is preferred.
