Door Attendants | Kuwait | Luxury Hotel
We are currently looking for experienced DOOR ATTENDANTS to join the prestigious team at a luxury hotel in Kuwait. This is an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated individual who excels in creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering memorable first impressions to discerning international guests.
As ideal candidate you will have:
- At least 1 year of experience from luxury hotel or upmarket establishment
- Hospitality qualification
- Excellent communication skills and a flair for customer service.
- Strong attention to detail and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A welcoming personality that makes every guest feel at home.
- Excellent presentation and originality
- Passport valid for at least 2 years
- Clear medical bill
- Clean background check
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Greeting: Warmly welcome and greet all guest upon arrival
- Luggage Assistance: Assist guest with luggage, including carrying and loading/uploading
- Door Management: Open and hold doors for guests, ensuring smooth entry and exit
- Transportation Coordination: Assist with taxi or ride-sharing services as needed
- Information Provision: Offer basic information about the establishment and local area
- Security and Safety: Maintain a vigilant presence to ensure guest safety
- General Assistance: Provide additional support as needed, such as directions or recommendations.
Salary Package:
- Basic salary KWD 180
- KWD 30 towards food allowance
- Monthly service charge (KWD 40 – 120, depending on season)
- Company-provided accommodation
- Duty meals
- Transportation
