Chinese Executive Chef | Tanzania | Luxury Hotel
A luxury hotel in Dar Es Salaam is seeking a highly skilled CHINESE EXECUTIVE CHEF with extensive experience from Michelin-starred restaurants (NON-NEGOTIABLE) to lead the culinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and create authentic, high-end Chinese cuisine
- Lead and train the kitchen team to deliver exceptional dining experiences
- Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service
- Collaborate on menu design and maintain kitchen operations
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Michelin-starred establishments
- Expertise in Chinese cuisine with a creative flair
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Passion for culinary excellence
- Excellent English
