A prestigious 40m motor yacht is looking for an experienced and dynamic CHIEF STEWARDESS to join the crew to cruise the stunning waters of the Mediterranean.

The contract: 7 months (April to November)

Boarding: Greece OR Turkey

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the interior team, ensuring the highest level of guest service and attention to detail.
• Oversee all interior operations, including housekeeping, laundry, and food and beverage service.
• Work closely with the captain and other department heads to ensure smooth operations and seamless guest experiences.
• Maintain and manage guest preferences and ensure they are met with discretion and professionalism.
• Inventory management and provisioning for the interior department.
• Plan and organize special events, dinners, and theme nights for guests.
• Manage the interior department budget and ensure supplies are within allocated costs.
• Conduct safety drills and ensure compliance with safety protocols.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Chief Stewardess on a similar-sized motor yacht.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to provide 5-star service consistently.
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
• STCW, ENG1, and Food Safety & Hygiene certification.
• Experience in silver service, table setting, and event planning.
• Positive attitude, team player, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
