Prestigious luxury hotel in Kuwait is seeking a talented and experienced BARTENDER to join our team and elevate our bar service to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including signature cocktails / mocktails
• Provide personalized service to guests, ensuring an unforgettable bar experience
• Maintain a well-stocked and organized bar, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to hotel standards
• Keep up-to-date with current mixology trends and offer creative beverage suggestions
• Handle guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and a warm attitude
• Work closely with other bar and restaurant staff to ensure smooth service flow

Requirements:

• Previous bartending experience in luxury hotels, fine dining, or upscale bars
• Strong knowledge of non alcoholic and alcoholic beverages
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Impeccable attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

What We Offer:

• Basic salary KWD 180 (USD 590)
• KWD 30 (USD 100) as a food allowance
• Monthly service charge (KWD 40 – 120 (USD 130 – 390) depending on the season)
• Company-provided accommodation
• Duty meals
• Transportation
