Ø Communication is not just speaking clearly or actively listening to understand what team members are experiencing. It is about creating a positive environment where everyone involved in the project can all easily communicate without problems.
Ø Staying organized to ensure good working environment with a broad range of responsibilities without getting overwhelmed.
Ø A Positive Attitude – I always want to maintain an unwavering positive attitude and that “Can Do” attitude, even though the inevitable tough project times, will keep the team equally as optimistic.
Ø Problem Solving Ability- I believe that I have the ability to look at a complex project and break it down into simple, easy to understand parts so that those parts can be completed.
Ø Actively Listens – For me, active listing is and art and a scares skill and in all my ventures I put much effort in that art and believe I can convey that to others.
