I am Vimalkumar working as Food & Beverage Manager at the Royal Golf Club, Bahrain.
Currently I am handling four outlets which includes All-day dining – Cafe T International Restaurant, Pool Bar and Italian Restaurant-Slice, Steak House-Links, Sports bar- Repartee and one of the busiest Banquet Operations in East Riffa, Bahrain.
I have worked in various Signature & Award-Winning restaurants with the most luxurious hotels in Starwood and worked with Michelin star chefs that include Chef Gordon Ramsay.
