About Me

I have spent the past 11 years working in different roles as a Researcher, Skills Development Coordinator, Project Administrator, and Manager on different projects. From this experience that I have gained ever since I started working at the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), I am confident that I am the best candidate for this position because I am bringing my research, coordination, project management, administration, report writing, leadership, problem solving, teamwork, and resilience skills, and I believe it will assist the company. In addition to that, I can work both independently and collaboratively with others. Communication and meeting deadlines are two areas of my strength that I feel will benefit the company. During my time at CSIR, I streamlined communication among senior executives, project members, consultants from different industries, and professors from different universities. This helped keep all members up-to-date and improved our ability to meet deadlines.I enjoy communicating with people and like to help. I believe that by working closely with people, you can better understand their needs and help them. This position will allow me to express my personality every day. In addition, I am currently finishing my master’s in industrial and Organisational Psychology, I really want to do a job that is aligned to my qualifications. I am flexible and open to learning from mentors and leaders in the field. I also have the willingness to work overtime to deliver all the tasks with professionalism and great efficiency.
