By way of introduction – I am Paul Bonekamp a commercially minded business generalist.
I find the retail industry extremely rewarding and in general very exciting. In the past 29 years I have been exposed to various retail environments due to my availability to go where the opportunity presents itself.
Due to my experience gained in these environments I believe to be a very qualified and suitable candidate for the position as advertised in your organisation.
The retail landscape has transformed over time, and I have at all times kept myself abreast with these changes. It is said – the only thing that stays constant in retail is change.
Exposing myself to various cultures has given me the opportunity to understand different Internal as well as External customer needs. I place a large amount of focus on my internal customers for I firmly believe a satisfied employee will ensure excellent service delivery to our remarkable customers.
Strong values are an extremely important component in operating a successful business and I live these values in the way that I conduct myself towards our customers as well as my colleagues.
