I have 20+ years in the hospitality industry, over 10 years’ experience in managing hospitality operations with a dedicated focus in People Development, Customer Experience, Financial Returns and Responsible Business. I have attained 20 Academic and Professional Certifications including a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Diploma in Business Management, Diploma in Hotel Management and Certifications in ISO 22000 (FSMS 2018), ISO 9001 (QMS 2015), ISO 45001 (OHSMS 2018), ISO 14001 (EMS 2015), Hazard Recognition and Assessment, Modern Project Management, HACCP, Fire Safety Management, Construction Safety and Health and Fundamentals of Operations Management.I am also a part time Hospitality Lecturer at Boma International Hospitality College at Boma Hotel.
