Good day my name is Joshua Levack , currently based in the UK , at a 4* 2AA rosette hotel , specializing in regional fine dining. I’m seeking a position within Australia / New Zealand / Middle East that would be able to assist me in acquiring the relevant VISA certification. “I am trained as a Cordon Bleu Chef under the guidance of Chef Alicia Wilkinson, Commanderie de Cordon Bleu de France and Principal of South Africa’s prestigious Silwood Kitchens were I went on to graduate with a three year Grande Diploma ( Full – time course) and completed the internationally recognized knowledge of wine diploma course from the Cape Wine Academy as well.
