I hold a unique position in our special events and catering organization. I work across departments including accounting and finance, culinary, warehouse and team member services. Daily and special projects working on supporting both culinary and company’s culture, mission, and philosophy.

 

Essential Duties:

Ensure timely and accurate completion of month end accounting process for F&B. As a Controller I will coordinate, initiate, prepare, process, and monitor various financial, administrative and operation forms and reports.

Provide accurate reporting, as well as ad-hoc analysis.

Responsible and proficient at all aspects of the F&B inventory control program.

Enter and receive invoices into for payment.

Track F&B invoices from receiving to final check payment while acting as the F&B advocate for final reconciliation with all vendors.

Lead all aspects of monthly inventory counts and the month end process. Ensure monthly transfer process is prompt and accurate.

Attend team meetings, as required.

Compliance with all company policies and procedures as well as any regulatory requirements.
