About Me
I am interested in the position advertised. I have over 25 years of hospitality experience, most of that having been in Food and Beverage. Over the past two decades I have worked at some of the top properties in Africa and have a true passion for hospitality. I have a keen eye for detail and am very guest oriented. I have gained experience both locally and internationally and am comfortable in leading a team. I am comfortable in managing the Food and Beverage department and am a strong administrator. I work well in a high pressure environment and lead by example. In my career I have implemented numerous cost saving measures and created new revenue streams. I kept my department profitable during the Covid pandemic and was able to continue to generate income for the company.
