About Me

In my current role as Assistant Operations Manager, I am responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a 5-Star Premium Lodge with Multiple International Hotel Awards, offering exceptional Guest experience, food and beverage production and event management. I have been in this role for over 5 years, leading staff compliment of 130 strong, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, financial management and human capital development.

 

 

I have a proven track record of delivering innovative business strategies and client-focused solutions that improve experience, margins and profitability. I have successfully managed projects and events with a total value of over 11 million USD, working with diverse suppliers, stakeholders, and partners. I have also leveraged my hospitality and events expertise to generate new business opportunities and establish long-term relationships with customers. My leadership style is based on integrity, quality, and service, as well as a positive attitude, a strategic mindset, and an ability to adapt to change and learn quickly.
