About Me
Over the ten years, I have spent in the hospitality industry, I have demonstrated my adaptability to work in different environments across a dynamic set of roles. My roles within a restaurant environment have varied from Cocktail bartender off Kloofstreet in 2011 to project managing Cape Town Fashion Week in South Africa in 2014 to organizing Corporate Christmas events for up to 500 people in Central London. My Passion for the hospitality industry has only grown over the years as I progressed through the ranks and developed myself as a competent manager within the Sales and events environment. In March 2019, I took all my savings and embarked on a two-and-a-half-year trip from London down to Cape Town through West Africa. Since returning to Cape Town in 2021, I have taken up non-hospitality roles for obvious reasons, as well as freelancing online. Post-Covid 19, I am keen to return to the hospitality field with increased skills and knowledge.
