About Me
I hold a Diploma In Human Resources Management as well as a Certification in Talent Acquisition Practices. With experience working abroad in valued names in the industry, I took on responsibilities in mentorship, induction processes and training and development for new hires within my positions. After coming back to South Africa in 2014, I continued to focus my attention on employee related matters within my senior roles. In my previous position as a Recruitment and Training Officer, I recruited and hired and inducted various employees within the establishment, identified areas which needed improvement, performed ongoing training processes and ensured a high performance rate from employees. My passion for this industry has accelerated my knowledge and skills and I am excited to take on my next role within the HR field.
