A prestigious boutique lodge in Welgevonden Private Game Reserve is seeking a dedicated LODGE ANCHOR to join the team. This role is ideal for an experienced hospitality professional who thrives in a high-end, guest-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the daily operations of the lodge, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
• Oversee guest relations, from check-in to departure, ensuring 5-star service.
• Support lodge management with reservations, administration, and reporting.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, and guiding teams for smooth operations.
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and special arrangements professionally.
• Maintain high hospitality standards in line with the lodge’s luxury offering.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a luxury lodge.
• Strong background in guest relations and lodge operations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a remote, high-pressure environment.
• Proficiency in reservations systems and administration is an advantage.
• Passion for hospitality and a keen eye for detail.
• A team player with a warm, professional demeanor.
