Head Hostess | Kuwait | Casual Dining Concepts
A leading casual dining restaurant group in Kuwait City is looking for an experienced HEAD HOSTESS to join the team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the hostess team to ensure smooth front-of-house operations
- Greet and seat guests with a warm and professional attitude
- Manage reservations and guest flow to maximize efficiency and service quality
- Train and mentor junior hostesses to maintain high service standards
- Coordinate with floor staff and management to enhance the guest experience
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints professionally
- Maintain a clean and welcoming entrance and reception area
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Hostess or Head Hostess in a casual or fine dining restaurant
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Well-groomed, professional, and friendly personality
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with reservation systems is a plus
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
