Guest Relations Agent | Kuwait | Luxury Hotel
We are seeking a dedicated and personable GUEST RELATIONS AGENT to join the team at a prestigious luxury hotel in Kuwait. As a key representative of the hotel, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure, offering personalized service to meet the highest standards of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Coordinate with other departments (housekeeping, food and beverage, concierge, etc.) to fulfill guest needs.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively address them to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of hotel facilities, room types, and rates to assist in guest bookings and recommendations.
- Ensure all guest feedback is communicated and followed up on with appropriate actions.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in guest relations or front office in a luxury hotel environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
- A customer-service-oriented attitude with a proactive approach to solving problems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
What We Offer:
- Basic salary KWD 220 (USD 715)
- KWD 30 (USD 100) as a food allowance
- Monthly service charge (KWD 40 – 120 (USD 130 – 390) depending on the season)
