We are seeking a personable and polished LOBBY AMBASSADOR to be the face of a luxury hotel, welcoming guests with exceptional hospitality and ensuring their stay exceeds expectations. Join this prestigious luxury hotel in the heart of Kuwait.
Job Description:
As a Lobby Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for guests entering the hotel. Your role is to create a warm, inviting atmosphere while delivering personalized service that reflects the luxury of our brand. You will assist guests with any inquiries, provide information about the hotel’s amenities, and ensure their needs are met promptly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Assist with guest check-ins and ensure a smooth arrival experience.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Address and resolve guest concerns or requests with efficiency.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service.
- Maintain a tidy and elegant lobby environment, reflecting the hotel’s luxury standard.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role, preferably in a luxury hotel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
- Impeccable presentation and grooming.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a guest-first attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
What We Offer:
- Basic salary KWD 200 (USD 650)
- KWD 30 (USD 100) as a food allowance
- Monthly service charge (KWD 40 – 120 (USD 130 – 390) depending on the season)
