About Me
I have immense enthusiasm in hotels and hospitality industry. I have over the last decade gained significant education and work experience in the industry. I hold a Bachelors Degree in Hotel and Hospitality Management from Moi University and have since undertaken a refresher course in coffee and beverage preparation at Nairobi School of Coffee by Dormans. On the other hand, with regard to my work experience, I began my journey as an intern working at City Lodge Hotel Group at Two Rivers. At City Lodge, I was exposed to undertaking various operations in the housekeeping and laundry operations, food and beverage service and culinary. Also, I currently work as a waiter at Carnivore Restaurant Nairobi, a barbecue restaurant that is fast-paced and continues to receive guests across the globe. Therefore, my exposure in various departments makes me a suitable candidate in undertaking various responsibilities in a hotel and hospitality environment. I have acquired various skills including embracing teamwork, understanding the essence of having a positive attitude and overall understanding of various hotel and hospitality systems including the Point of Sale System.
