I am a university graduate with a degree in Strategic Corporate Communication. This
course equipped me for the work environment. I am a people’s person and I believe
that teamwork makes the dreamwork therefore forging organic and genuine
relationships within teams is important to me in elevating and building a company’s
brand.

It was imperative that we learn Microsoft skills and gain sound computer literacy
skills to understand how to compile and/or disseminate data. This was important to
me because I am passionate about learning ways to improve technology
communication through the fourth industrial revolution. I am pursuing a career in
Marketing. I have certificates in Online Marketing Strategies and Google Analytics. I
also have experience in sales marketing.

Additionally I worked as a social media marketing intern and I am currently working
as an Omnichannel Relationship Consultant for Multichoice where I Manage
communication with key stakeholders i.e. field service technicians, DStv agencies
and customers via various electronic media channels Technical support (i.e. I
diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on the DStv and Showmax
apps, decoders and other devices compatible with the DStv and Showmax
apps).Educate customers about various DStv products and promotional offers
whilst encouraging them to engage with the brand. Assist the line manager with
managing the team; (facilitating team meetings and assisting with irate
customers).Manage Showmax and DStv accounts.
Having faced a lot of adversities throughout school I learnt how to be resilient,
tenacious and how to push through immense pressure. Working for your
establishment would be an honour and a great stepping stone in my career.
