Hardworking and versatile Administrator with proven organisational skills and thorough knowledge of corporate policies and procedures. Excellent communication and people skills with extensive multitasking capabilities. Proven office and personnel management skills, with equal ability in support roles. Competencies include record keeping, document management, personnel support, and report presentation. I am a hard-working, reliable, trustworthy and caring person who is looking for stable and consistent employment with a care organisation who has a positive reputation within the industry. I want to become a Care Assistant for three specific reasons. The first reason is, having had some experience of caring for a close family relative, I enjoyed the challenge that the role presented, and I also very much enjoyed the responsibility of providing the right level of care to the person I was looking after. The second reason is, the working hours fit perfectly around my personal life, and I am confident that I can meet the hours specified within the job advert. Finally, and perhaps most importantly, having read the person specification f or a Care Assistant, I was pleasantly surprised to see that the qualities and attributes needed to perform the role were a strong match for my own. I feel confident that, if you employ me as a Care Assistant you will be impressed with my hard-working nature, the high standards I set myself, and also my commitment to the quality of care.
