
About Me
Since working at Nobu Cape Town, I have gained knowledge, skill and discipline in the art of food
and have grown to appreciate Japanese cuisine and the beautiful umami of flavours that embodies
it. I am passionate, hard-working and creative in the kitchen and have experience in working the
salad, wood-oven, tempura and pastry sections in the kitchen, respectively.
I have worked closely with my seniors and fellow co-workers on
ensuring that the quality and standard of our restaurant and hotel are continuously maintained and that HACCP and hygiene standards are followed. I am confident that I would be able to handle this position and strive to continuously learn and improve myself within your company.
