Hospitality is something that is very close to my heart with over 32 years’ experience in different companies, cities and properties.  My passion for the hospitality industry lies in, interacting with people, whether it is guests, staff or suppliers. I believe I can create a comfortable atmosphere where people are able to show their own personality without compromising their work ethic. I also believe in developing, training and empowering staff members, especially the youth. I have gained experience in rebranding of hotels, which I was involved in with 3 different properties as well as the expansion of properties and opening of a new hotel. I have had challenges where I have achieved success from turning a hotel around, from a loss going concern to a profit-making business.
