With a Formal background as a Corporate Chef past more than 25 years, with my proven success in Frozen food & retort food factories.
I have been a Factory Manager , Head Production & NPD for a frozen food factory producing Frozen ready to eat / Cook meals & Snacks at Bangkok Thailand.
#Within a Span of 6 Months I had developed more than 250 SKUs
#Started exports within a span of 1 year from the date we started building
factory.
#Was responsible for complete setup & Operations ranging from
Developing new products , scaling up & standardizing recipes, Product presentation & Client interactions, Along with Recruitment training , vendor development, Maintenance & Upkeep of plant , P&L & Business plan , Capacity Planning, Time & motion study, HACCP Plans, Audits etc..
I have a varied experience in different segments of the Food & catering Industry. I am HACCP certified & got my companies BRC, ISO ,GMP & Halal Certified.
I have worked for more than 9 years in a Flight kitchen Handling Bakery, Confectionery & hot food production as Sous Chef handling a team of more than 250 people producing more than 32,000 meals a day.
I have Setup & Managed complete time share resort kitchens. For Club Mahindra Holidays.
I have been Factory Manager, Head Production & NPD for Retort food factory.
I had started a new Flight Kitchen operations & scaled up Production from150 to 5,000 meals a day in just 6 months.
As a strategic Business Unit head working at Corporate Chef Level I have handled Budgets , P&L, Business Plans for a Mall developing Company having Hotel, Restaurants, Food Court, Kiosk, Outdoor Catering.
As a Project Manager I have handled Hospitality Projects & designed their food production facilities not limiting to an Amari & Golden tulip Hotel, Restaurants , Convention Centers etc.
